With this form you can directly request support by email. Keep in mind that bugs that can't be abused are to be reported using the Bug Report page (you will need to be logged in). Also make sure to check the FAQ to see if your question isn't already answered.
Lastly, depending on the type of support you need, using the Forum is in most cases prefered before using a support form.
